Make sure you register your return in the digital returns portal. Stick the return label on the parcel and then take it to your chosen parcel point. You can also choose to receive a QR code so that you do not have to print a return label.

J.C. Rags has a return period of 14 days. As a consumer, you have 14 days from the receipt or pickup date to revoke the agreement. This means that you have 14 days to return or hand over the items to us. You are on time if you return the items before the 14-day period has expired.

We charge a return fee. These fees depend on the carrier of your choice, and can be found in the returns portal. These have to be paid in the return portal, after which you can download the return label. You will receive a digital receipt from the parcel point. Keep this until we have confirmed receipt of the package.

Of course, you can also choose your own carrier and return something on your own initiative. In this case, J.C. Rags cannot be held liable if your package is unexpectedly lost. Also in that case, the direct costs for returning the goods are for your own account.

We aim to process the refund within 5 business days and no later than 14 days. We may wait to refund until we have received the product back, or until you have proven that you have returned the product, whichever comes first.

Are you not returning the entire order? Then the shipping costs for the outbound shipment are not refunded, and you pay the shipping and return costs.

If you have taken advantage of a special offer, the discount on the item you are returning will not be refunded.Also, you cannot request a replacement discount for it.The article that you keep will keep its discount if the discount has been deducted.
