What a pity that your order did not fully meet your expectations!

Make sure to register your return in the digital return portal. Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at your chosen parcel point. You can also opt to receive a QR code, so you don’t have to print a return label.

J.C. Rags has a return period of 14 days. As a consumer, you have 14 days from the date of receipt or collection to withdraw from the agreement. This means you have 14 days to return or hand over the items to us. You are on time if you send back the items before the 14-day period expires after receipt or withdrawal.

Would you like to return only one item? You can return it free of charge! If you want to return more than one item, there is a small fee of €0.25 per additional item. Why do we do this? We want to encourage more conscious and selective online shopping.

Of course, you can also choose your own carrier and return an item independently. However, in this case, J.C. Rags cannot be held responsible if your package is lost. Additionally, any direct costs for returning the item will be at your own expense.

We aim to process refunds within 5 working days, and no later than 14 days. We may wait with the refund until we have received the returned product, or until you have provided proof of return shipment—whichever comes first.

If you made use of a special promotion, the discount on the returned item will be canceled. You cannot request a replacement discount. Any item you keep will retain its discount, provided a discount was applied to it.
