If you are not happy with an ordered item, you can return it. You can return your order within 14 days of pick-up or receipt date without prior notification, or you can notify J.C. Rags of the revocation within 14 days of receipt. You must then return your order within 14 days of notification.

If, when assessing the item, it is found to be damaged, or the original price tags have been removed, we reserve the right to pass on the resulting depreciation to you directly.

You shall only be liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
