If you are not happy with an ordered item, you can return it.
We kindly ask you to return the item undamaged and with the original price tags attached. If the item gets damaged during the inspection, or if the original price tags are removed, we reserve the right to charge you for the resulting depreciation. You are only liable for any depreciation of the goods that results from handling them beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Make sure to register your return in the digital return portal. Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at your chosen parcel point. You can also opt to receive a QR code, so you don’t need to print a return label.
J.C. Rags has a return period of 14 days. As a consumer, you have 14 days from the date of receipt or pickup to withdraw from the agreement. This means you have 14 days to send back or hand over the items to us. Your return is considered on time if you send the items back before the 14-day period expires.
At J.C. Rags, return costs depend on the carrier you choose. The return costs via DHL are €4.25 for the Netherlands and €4.50 for Belgium and Germany. Via PostNL, the return costs are €6.95. You can register your return through our digital return portal, where you can also pay for the return label immediately. Please keep this receipt until we confirm the package has been received.
Want to return just one item? You can do so without any extra cost! If you want to return more than one item, a small fee of €0.25 per additional item will apply. Why do we do this? We want to encourage more conscious and selective online shopping.

Of course, you can also choose your own carrier and return the item at your own initiative. However, J.C. Rags cannot be held responsible if your package gets lost in transit. In this case, the direct costs of returning the package remain your responsibility.
We aim to process the refund within 5 working days and no later than 14 days. We may delay the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof of return, whichever comes first.
If you have taken advantage of a special promotion, the discount on the returned item will be void. You cannot request a replacement discount. However, the item you keep will retain its discount, provided a discount was applied.
