If you are returning your order, you may choose which carrier you approach for this purpose. J.C. Rags cooperates with DHL and PostNL, so these carriers are our preference. We have been able to agree on a reduced rate for our customers. To make use of this reduced rate, you must register the return in the digital returns portal. You can pay the return costs via this portal. If you choose another delivery service, we unfortunately cannot reimburse the costs incurred.

However, J.C. Rags cannot be held liable in this case if your parcel is unexpectedly lost. In this case, too, the direct costs of returning the parcel are for your own account.
