If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can often still change the delivery address for you. Please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@jcrags.com. If your order has already been dispatched, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change the delivery address.
Were you not at home to accept your parcel? DHL will leave a yellow card in your letterbox. Use the delivery code on the card to make a new delivery appointment. You can also choose to have the parcel delivered at your neighbours or a DHL service point.
